The NCHRP 10-61 Best-Value research team is in the final stages of developing a “Best-Value Project Selector”. If you work for a state or federal highway agency and you would like to help us test the selector, please fill out the brief project questionnaire below. You will receive valuable results from this test. Choose any upcoming project and complete the questions at the link below. The project should be in the planning, preliminary engineering or detailed engineering stage of development.

Each project questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please complete up to five questionnaires.

As data becomes available, the research team will post them at the link below. You will be able to view the results of your work and view other important updates here. The team will also send you and email update of the project results if you choose.
